             LIMITATIONS.
While working on this project, we came across two major limitations. Being given 11 weeks to work on this report, our time was limited. With this limitation, it was difficult to devote all of our time to this report because everyone in our group has jobs, classes, and other group projects. The other limitation that we found is the lack of information on our subject. Since online recruiting is fairly new to the job market, the subject has limited resources. Finding information was rather hard. Most of the references used came from Internet articles and a few magazine articles. Furthermore, we could not find any information in any textbooks.
             REPORT ORGANIZATION.
We will now show you how online recruiting reduces time, increases global exposure, and lowers cost. We will also recommend several guidelines for your corporation to implement in order to have an effective online recruiting strategy.
             REDUCING HIRING TIME.
Companies today are looking to hire top talent of all sorts in a quick and efficient manner. They are switching from the traditional methods such as newspaper advertisements and job fairs to the new technology of the Internet. Online recruiting methods such as resume and job posting centers, corporate Web sites, and Human Resource management software offer employers the chance to reconfigure their hiring methods in order to fill key positions at a much faster rate than the traditional methods.
