            Interpreted Dimensions in Historical Study of the Indian Ocean Rim.
             I would first acknowledge my ham-fisted experience in the area of historical study, then, as invited, I would choose to put forth my own analysis. Although not all together different from those announced by Sugata Bose, I decide to handle the matter in a more categorically pragmatic fashion. I definitely agree that Bose's approach (while completely abstract to the laymen, me, at first) is a valid one and that it is a suitably worthwhile method of analysis of Indian Ocean history. Upon prolonged repetition of the material I find that in concurrently consisting of detailed and well reasoned explanations, he does not answer my begging question of why we would limit ourselves to one interpretation of the dynamics and the background that permitted them. "Space and Time on the Indian Ocean Rim" has helped me to thoroughly understand those concepts which I agree with and that which I am now about to borrow for my interpretive analysis.
             In my attempt to successfully answer the questions asked of me I have truly dove in to the material head first and I am not sure that I have come up yet. As I come from a purely scientific background I have appreciated the need for a logical approach of analysis to further study the region. When at first I am often put off by anything not involving equations and loaded with text left up for grabs, I have found this endeavor to be right up my alley. Although still not coming up with anything definitive I can deal. My narration leads me next to the introduction of my proposed format to follow. In the way I would often approach an assignment to answer a question I would like to follow the steps in a logical proof. I started with statements loosely declaring items which I might prove to disprove as well as those which I intend to establish a sturdy argument in favor of. Shortly I will make known data which has been given to start an argument with and proceed on making points and counterpoints in an attempt to guide you to the final destination of our mutual understanding.
