Tupac Shakur


            
             Tupac Shakur is a person who represents an American way of life. Tupac is dead but he lived a life that was not average. This man lived and died fast. This man is famous because of his music. When he was young he moved around a lot and ended up in Oakland California. In Oakland he lived in the ghetto, a place called the Jungle. There he learned the game of gangster life. His mom was addicted to crack. Tupac always wanted to become a star. First it was about acting but then he found out that his real talent was in rap. He was able to rap about a life about a young black man that lives in the ghetto. From there they made a lot of money in a short period of time. He lived the classic life going from rags to riches. From there he started to live the fast life.
             In 1971 his mother was a part of the Black Panther party. That year he was born while his mother was in prison, for a political cause. Tupac was a product of the Black Panther Party, they told him that the American government would not help him so he would have to be able to protect him self, and if violence was necessary, then it would be carried out. Members of the Black Panther Party were well educated, and would rather fight political cause by their words. Since Tupac's mother was so involved in the organization she was unable to keep a job, there for they lived in a very low-income area, or some time no income, the Projects in New York.
             Since Tupac's family lived in poor places he was surround by gang members. At the age of ten one of his childhood friends was murdered by gang members. His mother had enough money so she moved her family to Marin City, California. Little did she know it was at a place called the "jungle". A place that was known to have the most violence and criminal activity in the world. Tupac found that he was so intrigued by money and he needs to have it. Tupac went to school and found his passion in acting.
