Owning a business requires a lot. There are more requirements to starting and maintaining a business today. A business owner is a person who organizes and manages a business undertaking and partaking a risk for the sake of profit. Organization requires leadership. Leadership is also vital to managing a business. Leaders must provide momentum so that the workers feel they are relating work to their personal lives to reflect the same goal. Leading is mainly projected to influence people to act in a certain way or not in a certain way. Leaders should attain many strong qualities and styles such as high levels of persistence, the will to overcome obstacles, attract dedicated people to the same view to reach the same goal. There are many different characteristics of leadership. The top three characteristics include honesty, competency, and forward-looking for the main part. These reflect someone reputable. Managers admire and look for these characteristics in a leader.
