Democratic Republic Of Congo Culture

The culture of the DRC, revolves mostly around food, music, and nature. The DRC

is a beautiful country full of lush jungles, and fertile rivers. The religious

missionaries, have introduced some new styles, as well as the Belgian occupation.

Western clothing and styles, are beginning to pop up in all of the provinces.

The Congolese diet, is very interesting. A large portion of the country, has

fish as its main dietary staple. Fish is both farmed, and caught from the Congo

river. Congolese fish farmers, set up a six pond system, so that they can harvest
