Laws of Life

The only law of life that I have is to live a happy (not necessarily long) life, and this paper will tell how to live a happy life.
Throughout time, one of the most intellectually sought-after answers was that of the meaning of life itself. For years, the world's greatest thinkers and most devout religious followers have puzzled over this enigma. Despite the controversy when one claims to have found the answer. This paper will do nothing less than say it. The meaning of life is to be happy.
The first probable reaction from skeptics is, "that is just too simple!" Yes, that does sound ridiculously simple but upon further consideration it is actually extremely accurate. But after that is said the next reaction is along the lines of, "Oh well then ill just shoot up heroin and play Grand Theft Auto III (The greatest game of all time) all day and live in happiness." But that is flawed because it only takes into account short-term happiness. In that situation long-term happiness would certainly suffer. For example, in my life, video games and helping people out with their computer needs satisfies my need for happiness. This works for me, I don't know if it will work for you, you"ll just have to find that right combination yourself.
It is that art of balancing short-term happiness with long-term happiness that is the meaning of life. That's what it all comes down to and why the seemingly simple statement "the meaning of life is to be happy" actually amounts to. Life is not so simple at all. It is a complex art that takes years of thought and practice to become skilled at.
It will take a lot of time and patience to become one with yourself, and become truly happy. When that glorious, joyous era in your life takes place, you probably won't even notice it until your standing by the pearly white gates reflecting upon your life. .
In conclusion, please try to live a happy life, because if you don't, than you never really lived at all.
