1. Immortality Through Creation
Throughout the novel, the reader sees Frankenstein attempting to achieve immortality through the creation of his monster, but does he truly succeed? ... He, instead of embracing his creation, shunned it and feared the creature that called him master. ... As we see by the end, the monster becomes enraged and almost kills everyone in town, because there is the lack of companionship and happiness between a creator and his creation. ...
