Use Of Tobacco In Young Adults

In young adults the short term consequences of smoking include addiction to nicotine and respiratory effects. The long term effect of smoking is the fact that most of those that start at a young age and smoke regularly continue to smoke throughout their adult life.
Smoker's functions of the lungs are lower than those who have never smoked; therefore they suffer from shortness of breath almost three times as often as those who don't smoke. Smoking at an early age also increases the fearful risk of lung cancer and the risk grows as the individual continues to smoke. The heart rates of nonsmokers are two to three times slower than those who smoke.
I believe that all of this is true. Smoking has an effect on all of those who use and abuse tobacco. This form of taking in tobacco is not only dangerous, but it is unattractive.
