What's your favorite thing to do on a Saturday night? Many people's answer would be to watch a movie. There are many different kinds of movies for every different age group. Everyone has their opinion on what types of movies are their favorite.
There are some movies that are classified as comedies. These are movies that are humorous and also have a story line to them. These are personally my favorite type of movies. Sometimes the content is just so stupid that that's what makes it funny. They are good movies for the whole family to sit down and watch to have a good laugh.
There are also action movies. These are the movies that always keep you on the edge of your seat wondering what's gonna happen next. Speed is an example of an action movie. There is often irony in these types of movies. If you like suspense, these are the movies for you.
Another type of movie is dramatic. If you're in to the big love stories and things like that, this would be a good choice for you. If you like watching the school plays, that's what dramatic movies are like. Romeo and Juiliet is an example of a dramatic movie. Things are very drawn out and have a lot of details to them in this type of movie.
Another type of movie is non-fiction. These are movies that are true stories. Often these types of movies are biographies or informational movies. Some people may find these types of movies boring, while it may be someone else's favorite. You can usually get a lot of information out of them, if nothing else.
