Dream Analysis

Mrs. Smith further assured their accusations, and this fact could not be closer to the truth. My classmates could also represent my parents who have been seeing a change in my sleeping patterns, and trying to get me to sleep more when I can. This interpretation would work if Mrs. Smith were herself, because she had also been encouraging our class to sleep more as high school seniors, and she would again reassure the students (my parents") accusations.
             Ego Dialogue.
The dreamer should take both interpretations as possibilities in his world. It seems as though both fit the dream and the symbolism therein. As such, I would suggest to the dreamer that he be reassured in his decision to break of his relationship with his girlfriend. Also, I would tell him that he should really try to get more sleep. If he is dreaming of sleeping, then something is obviously wrong, because he is fulfilling a fantasy, and that fantasy is actually a daily necessity. It is clear that this young man needs to try hard to get to bed at a decent hour so that he feels as though he can make it through the day. The dreamer should also listen to what other people say of him, realizing that it is an obvious fear he has, but also that many of the time an outsider looking in can be right in a situation.
             Setting.
My dream, took place in Mrs. Smith's classroom. I was at a desk that had been placed exactly in the middle of the classroom, surrounded by all of my classmates. The desk was surprisingly comfortable, compared to all of the desks I remembered at Algonquin. Also, what I did notice is that Mrs. Smith's room usually had windows, but in my dream it had no windows, and there were no posters on the wall either. .
             Goal.
I was actually taking a nap in psychology class, and I could not remember what had happened in the class. As odd as it sounds, I was sleeping in my dream and my day had been a bad one, until I had that nap.
