             Many smokers had thought that smoking gives them energy, it refreshes their mind, and therefore they will be able to concentrate on their work better than the others. .

You will soon become very badly addicted to the nicotine in tobacco smoke, and cannot work properly without it.

Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas, and it robs the oxygen in your haemoglobin by bonding with it 200 times more tightly than oxygen (oxygen is diatomic) and therefore makes your oxygen carrying haemoglobin carry less oxygen. Besides, carbon monoxide also bring a substance which reduces the surface area of your alveoli therefore less oxygen shall be exchange with carbon dioxide every time you breathe.
