Analyze verdict

However, I cannot find any excuses in this case, because I think that Mary should not kill her baby because of any difficulty in her life. I am sure that she could find the way out. For example, she could leave Alison at the orphanage while she does not crack her problems. .
I believe that none has the right to kill another person even his mother. We do not have any rights to make the decision who can live and who should die. The child has ``a piece`` of his parents' soul and each child is ``the part`` of his mother. I think the child is more important than the man's love. .
             2. If I asked by the prosecutor and defense attorney, whether I will be able to set aside my initial reactions or preconceptions to render an impartial verdict, I can answer in the affirmative. I want to find out the facts, which can help me to change my initial reactions. I still cannot believe that the mother can coolly kill her child. I presume that Marry has the cogent reason to do the criminal act, especially if she was aware that she would kill her daughter. I think I can view this case objectively, because I have nothing against Mary even if she has done it deliberately. I do not have any strong feelings or ideas against her crime. I want to find out the reason why she did it, because I have several own possible explanations, and I want to check whether I wrong or right. I am sure that I will be able to go beyond my initial reactions to see the situation objectively. I am not the parent; I have never ever had any experiences related to the issues in this case. As a main argument I have against innocence of the defendant is that, the main Mary's responsibility as a mother is to take care about her child in any cases even very important or dangerous. She should not think only about herself, her feelings, and her personal future. Being mother, Mary should think first what could be better feat to her child and after to her.
