Dieting is frequently used in combination with physical exercise to lose weight in those who are overweight or obese. There are several ways to start dieting. These include making a healthy meal, exercising regularly, setting a realistic goal, drinking tea and taking contemporary diet pills. Taking diet pills is the most common way of dieting because it does not require much energy and it helps an individual lose weight easier. Diet pills are anti-obesity or weight loss drugs that reduce and control weights. Those who want to quickly reduce body weight can be prescribed various types of diet pills, such as appetite suppressants (Duromine, Adipex), gastrointestinal lipase inhibitors (Alli, Xenical), and Herbal diet pills (fat burners, anorectics). Diet pill is one of the most abused drugs because most diet pills can be purchased in the drug store without a prescription. So, diet pills should be taken responsibly because it can cause addiction, allergic reactions, nervousness, insomnia, and liver and heart problems.
