We need the others or the communities, the parishioner for nourishment and support. We always remember that we are in the service of other, sharing ourselves and things that out of this something common, the parishioners evolves. The openness to others not only individual but also communal spirituality.              How to dealing with parishioners: the result of the parish priest is to evangelizing and to bring God to people. We the priest must be the ground and basic for all pastoral and evangelizing in the spirituality. We need to organize the group with different activities and different purposes like Bible study group, the group devotion to the Mary, the youth movement group, choir group The people in different age can join to different group so that make for the parish have atmosphere or alive. The Parish priest always open to the people and spent time or available for people when they need us to help. We must be cultivated with greater commitment within our communities is the experience of silence, unity more closely community in prayer with the Word of God, Christian worship, meditation, recollection. We should remember that basically four pillars for any pastoral activity are Holiness, Prayer, Sacraments and the Word of God.
