Lastly, when the bell rang for meditation to come to an end, we were instructed to read chants with the Monk. The Monk was a Tibetan Buddhist scholar, monastic, and meditation teacher. Interpretatively, the monk seems to be sitting Indian style with a genuine smile acknowledging the comings of individuals to the center and the meditation room. The chanting, the group, communicated was described as a musical verse or prayer, which was no different from Christianity. However, each chant or prayer practices may have different worshipping practices. The Antique Buddha statue displayed was the Shakyamuni Buddha. The Buddha gives a picture of copper alloy with 24 karat gold. Also, the statue expresses richness, peace, warmth, and humor. The beauty of the statue reminds me of peaceful environment that can take over one's body and mind spiritually. So if an individual is mad, sad, or depressed, they should look at the statue to relieve negative thoughts. Also, there were four colorful lanterns in each corner during meditation practices that gave off a peaceful setting.
Interpretatively, The Transcendental Meditation method was connected in a straightforward, customary, smooth strategy that lasted for 20 minutes. More importantly, during this meditation, I sat agreeably with my eyes closed because the atmosphere was very serene. This system allowed my mind to settle down as to where I encounter a unique form of peacefulness. As I continued to allow my mind to relax, my body began to be deeply relaxed, and my spirit level rose. Conversely, The Transcendental Consciousness allowed my body to be carefree and absorbed all in one. My experience of Transcendental Consciousness builds up my quietness imaginative approach, dissolving amassed tension, and weakness through the reflective rest increased and accompanied by the Buddhist practice. With this type of awareness, I was able to breathe life into my body, mind, soul, and spirit, which brought about intensifying strength and achievement into my everyday life.
