Finally, smoke jumpers use plains in the wilderness by parachuting to their designated location, but they do need a year of working as a forest firefighter. They also need experience parachuting out of a plane, fortunately when they get hired they get the training that they need. .

For instance firefighters must know of the modern prevention methods of combating fire. They must also know how to use all of their equipment properly as well as to provide maintenance to broken tools. They should be aware of the fire codes, ordinances and related law. Having knowledge of hazardous materials is important to help prevent anymore hazards within the areas. They should always be ready to perform first aid or CPR if the ambulance is not at the scene. They need to familiarize themselves with the streets and corners with the city to find their way.
