            In Egypt there are many astonishing sights to see. For years, tourists have been drawn to the magnificent features on the Egyptian lands. From the Islamic religion to the Republic government, Egypt has many things to share. .
             Egypt is located in the Middle East right next to Libya on the other side lies Saudi Arabia. Approximately, there are 69.5 million people in Egypt and there is zero to five people per square mile in the desert areas. But there are over two-hundred fifty people per square mile around the populated areas. Most people practice the religion of Islam, and there are a few who practice Christianity. As far as kinds of people in Egypt, there are Berbers, Bedouins and the Nubians. The highest population areas would be the main cities such as Cairo and Alexandria that are both along the Nile River. This is because ninety percent of the land in Egypt is desert, the Nile River has lots of water.
             The government in Egypt is Republic and the president in Egypt is Mohammed Husni Mubarak. Egypt also has police like America. Egypt has the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Air Defense Command as far as military goes. .
             Egypt's economy is fairing somewhat well. Their Exports include mainly raw goods. Many of the goods are: cotton, corn rice, wheat, beans, vegetables, and fruits. They also export livestock such as cattle, sheep, goats, and water buffalo. Some of the commodities that the Egyptians export are textiles metal products, chemicals, and crude oil. Egypt mainly imports finished goods, machines, and other fuels. The currency that is used by Egypt is the Egyptian pound. Egypt's main way of transportation is railways. Though Egypt has seventy-nine main airports and two heliports and other waterways, the main way to travel is on the ground. The official language of Egypt is Arabic though many educated people understand English. .
             Many young Egyptian teens listen to pop music for fun. Many are very educated and feel strongly about the war that is going on.
