===Boil rice with water and liitle vinegar to avoid sticky rice till more than  ½ done.  Add color, strain.  Heat ghee and fry seeds of cardamon, add rice, then sugar and coconut powder.  Stir on low heat for 15min. Then add everything else, stir then add 2-3drops of essence and close lid.

	Tenderizer.
            
Lemon juice	1ts.
            
Tomato paste	2tbspn.
            
Yogurt.
            
Chat masala.
            
===Fry marinated meat in oil for 5 min.  Add lemon juice and tomato paste.  Fry on low till tender.  When done, add yogurt on top and sprinkle with chat masala.
            
PARCHAY(CURRY).
            
Onion		1.
            
Garam masala	2-3pieces.
            
Tomatoes		2-3.
            
Yogurt		1-2tbspn.
            
Salt.
            
Tamarac.
            
Red chilli powder.
            
Coriander powder.
            
Thin meat .
            
Garlic, Ginger.
            
===Fry onion and whole masala.  Add tomatoes, yogurt, salt, tamarac, chilli, coriander. Fry till oil separates.  Then add meat garlic, ginger and 1cp water. Cook till tender.
            
PARCHAY(FRIED).
            
Marinate 4/2hr: .

	Chilli powder.
            
	Salt and tenderizer.
            
	Garam masala powder(little).
            
Make a paste of:.

Salt.

Marinate(30min-1hr):.

===Mix all ingredients w/hands then put on stove on low-med heat for ~1hr. .
