             Tomatoes 2-3.
             Yogurt 1-2tbspn.
             Salt.
             Tamarac.
             Red chilli powder.
             Coriander powder.

             Garlic, Ginger.
             ===Fry onion and whole masala. Add tomatoes, yogurt, salt, tamarac, chilli, coriander. Fry till oil separates. Then add meat garlic, ginger and 1cp water. Cook till tender.
             PARCHAY(FRIED).
             Marinate 4/2hr: .

             Vinegar.
             Soy Sauce.
             Chilli powder.
             Salt and tenderizer.
             Garam masala powder(little).
             Make a paste of:.

             ===Batter and coat meat w/paste and fry in little oil .
             NUGGETS.
             Marinate(30min-1hr):.
             Boneless chicken ½-1lb.
             Milk 1/2cp.
             Lemon juice 2tbspn.
             Salt and black pepper.

             Meda flour 1/2cp.
             Baking soda 1tspn.
             Corn or wheat flour 2tbspn.
             Little water.

             ===Batter nuggets and fry in low oil for 5min. each side.
