Abortions Right or Wrong

Today in America there are about 4,000 abortions performed per day. Did you ever ask yourself if abortion is right or wrong? I hope that after reading this essay you will understand that abortions are totally wrong. We think that it is wrong to kill people in Iraq for oil. Then why do we think there is nothing wrong to use killing, as a form of birth control. I think abortions are a horrible methods, that people agree to live with because most of them don't know the truth about it. Abortions are to be made illegal for many reasons.
One reason why I think abortion should be made illegal, because unborn babies are human beings at any stage of pregnancy. Abortion is performed because many people do not see the embryo as a person or human being. According to Shettles,"Scientist identify that the first moment of human life start that instant when a sperm cell unites with an ovum or egg cell." Abortion is an act of murder, when you take a human life, which is wrong under any circumstances. An unborn baby is meaningful life that should not be considered expendable. .
After conceptions, no event occurs in the development of the fetus that indicates a change in fetus from not being human to becoming one. At 18 days after conception, a baby has a heartbeat. How can you say that it is not a human being if it has a heart beat? Does it really matter what form he or she is? At 6 weeks the baby's brain waves can be measured. At 8 weeks, the stomach, liver, and kidneys of the baby are functioning, and fingerprints have formed. At 9 weeks, the unborn baby can feel pain. It has everything all humans have, except the full-grown body. .
Then why don't we count he or she as one? The unborn baby is not a blob of tissue, a wart, cyst or mole. He or she is a human being, even if he depends on the mother's womb for nine months; it is a person. The genetic code of the baby is all ready set to form a heart, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, skin, and mind from the moment of conception.
