The basic matter underlying this paper is that in modern cities we have lost sight of the traditional understanding of urban space. The causes of this loss are familiar to all countries. The main discussion is about "destructive impact of our way of life on the regional and global environment with programmatic behavioral changes, specifically the change from car dependency to public transport and the change from a linear to a cyclic metabolism-1. My conviction is that, instead of giving precedence to examine these problems, the term Urban Space should be clearly defined firstly. It is not clean, abstract design; it is a complex human experience. The design process focuses on site planning, architectural consideration and landscape requirements. The designs may cover more than one site and involve many owners, users and government agencies. It is difficult to translate every nuance of the requirements into a set of regulations. Besides a successful balance of community demands, project economies and creativity, a conceptual framework within the citizens' feelings related with their cultural life and requirements. However, in our times, "city building is neglectful of human feeling; it is a cold, harsh enterprise devoid of the amenities for living-2. .
Human is a social entity. The cultivation of human sensibilities, the shaping of intuitive power and the spiritual content of social institutions elevate a people to the cultural plane.
