Along with our declaration to war, Wilson was also able to get the Selective Service Act passed. Which means, for all you men out there, this is why you must register. Of course like always, the military is taking volunteers who would like to be on the line. We hope to send over to fight our battles, more then a million soldiers. The military and this country need you to help serve for us. Just keep in mind, that we are officially apart of this war as a country.

After long decisions on the name of a shoe, the new sneaker shoe is finally out and in production around the country. The choices were between Peds, Veds, and Keds. But shortly after siding for the brand name Peds, the N. W. Ayer & Son company realized it was already a trademark name. So, that left them with Veds or Keds. To many, Keds had a stronger sound to it, and put an end to the years of decision making. During the past year, a new daily fashion was brought into the picture of our lives. The sneaker was introduced this year. Keds are the first mass marketed sneaker out right now. These were the only canvas-top sneakers. This new invention was given the label of a sneaker by Henry Nelson McKinney. It is suppose to represent the shoe being quiet because of the rubber soles they have. There are definitely other shoes out there right now that protect our feet and that we are able to walk in. But, this is an unique shoe because it is the only one that is quiet when walked in. All other shoes are noisy. So, to all you kids out there, this is the shoe to buy, to be sneaky in, and to sneak around in. And to everyone else, this is a shoe that is worth your money. Fashion is continuously being brought into our lives, every time making a better and more positive addition to our culture and society.
