             Everybody has a difficult choise after graduating high school. He has to choose if he wants to go to college and then which type of college or after high school which type of job. It is very important to choose a job which he will like because when somebody does not like his job, he will have worse performance and his principal may sack him and he will be unemployed. One of good and also very interesting, and very good paid jobs is an advocate.
             Advocates represent their clients in trials or they may help in law things. There are two types of trials. First where represent their clients may only advocates who are in slovak bar association is criminal trial and second where can every person represent himself is civil trial. In this trial can somebody be represented by another qualify person as lawyer or no qualify person as for example bricklayer. .
             The more detailed aspects of an advocates's job depend upon his field of specialization and position. While all advocates are licensed to represent parties in court, some appear in court more frequently than others. Advocates, who specialize in trial work, must be able to think quickly and speak with ease and authority. In addition, familiarity with courtroom rules and strategy are particularly important in trial work. Still, advocates who specialize in trials spend the majority of their time outside the courtroom in their offices preparing for trials.
             Advocates may specialize in a number of different areas, such as bankruptcy, probate, international, or elder law. Those specializing in environmental law, for example, may represent public interest groups, waste disposal companies, or construction firms. .
             The majority of advocates are found in private practice, where they concentrate on criminal or civil law. In criminal law, advocates represent individuals who have been charged with crimes and argue their cases in courts of law. Advocates dealing with civil law assist clients with litigation, wills, trusts, contracts, mortgages, titles, and leases.
