Well aware of this marriage, Gatsby still persisted for his aspiration was far too great to just give up on, thus, Jay Gatsby made a fortune just so he could impress and re-obtain the love of Daisy that he has longed for many years. His entire life, Gatsby had only one thing on his mind and that was to please Daisy, but to his demise, Daisy's infidelity and fickleness had brought an end to his life. .

They both dreamed to "win the girl" by changing their poor lives to owning a corrupt yet thriving, successful, lucrative business. Although they had done incredible things and surmounted great obstacles to accomplish their goals, there was one grave factor they both had missed, the unfaithfulness of women. Willie Bodega tried to make something great out of Spanish Harlem and change the direction it was going, from a wreck to a prosperous area to live in. .
Tracing back to the world's first man and woman, the lives of both Adam and Eve have revealed a great deal about women and their manipulative ways.
