Youth Of America

             The Not-So-Packaged Deal-Youth of America.
This is extremely hard to admit, but I, ____, am obsessed with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen films. You might be thinking, "Is this girl crazy?- But where else can you see one twin kiss a boy and then automatically the other twin receives a smooch in two minutes or less? I cannot imagine two teenagers with a better life then these two. Ever since I became a "Full House- addict I have thought that the Olsen twins were as beneficial to society the news. I was a lot like the character Michelle Tanner. I was sneaky, mischievous, and pretty darn adorable (what ever happened?) at the tender age of 4. Truthfully I always thought that the actress' name was "Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen- (I wasn't the brightest girl at age 4) and never realized that there were in fact two of them. With the quick development of their media empire I became well aware of the two and was soon able to tell them apart in all pictures! To start things off here is a little biography about the entertainment tycoons.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Fuller Olsen, famously known as the Olsen Twins, were born on June 13, 1986 in Sherman Oaks, California. The twins television premiere was at the age of nine months old when they both took on the role of Michelle Tanner on the ABC/TV hit comedy series, "Full House."" The Olsen twins literally have grown up in the public's eye. At the age of six-months their mom, Jarnette, took the two to an audition for "Full House,"" the two did not cry or fuss and landed the role of Michelle that same day. TV ratings were extremely high, and on numerous occasions Mary-Kate and Ashley were ranked number one in the girls popularity section of different magazines. (Lippman).
When "Full House- aired its final episode in 1994, this was in no way an ending, but the beginning of a blossoming entertainment career for the fraternal twins (it is quite shocking that they are in fact not identical).
