He didn't really care about the feelings or wishes of others and was rude.
7. In the beginning of the story, Louis was very conscience of himself and would dare to live off the blood of a human. He would never dream of "ruining" someone else's life by turning them into a vampire. By the near end of the story, he wouldn't even think of drinking the blood of rats anymore and he had created Claudia. Her blood was the first human he drank. Claudia became much more selfless and caring. She became to understand Louis much better when before she always thought he was wrong and she had to have her way. Lestat was very intimidating in the beginning, but near the end, he became much more vulnerable as he grew older. He was as good of a vampire as he used to be. He wasn't nearly as sly and Louis overcame his power.
8. In the beginning, Lestat's slaves were very suspicious of him. They ended up catching him killing one of their fellow slaves and they all escaped in anarchy. Also, while Louis is in Paris, he is searching for other vampires because he knows there are others out there. He finds one there and he brings him to a place where all the vampires are. They don't like him very much and they capture Louis and Claudia. They put Louis in a coffin and hang it upside down. They place Claudia in a cellar where when the sun rises; it will turn her flesh into ashes.
9. Once Louis meets up with the other the vampires in Paris, they all turn against him. They attempt to killing Louis and Claudia. Louis escapes and a try to rescue Claudia, but the sun has already come up. By this point, Lestat is by far too weak to save either of them. He isn't as strong as he once was and gets weaker and weaker each day. .
10. Once Louis finds out Claudia is already gone and he cant save her, he goes into a rage. He slaughters each and every vampire that turned against him. He escapes and travels the world and lives through many different time eras.
