My Opinion Of Terrorists

 

            60 years ago, My grandfather's generation turned their heads while evil took hold of our world. His generation received a punch in the chin when it wasn't looking at Pearl Harbor. History tells us how his generation responded. My generation has turned its head while the evil of terrorism has taken hold of this world. On Sept. 11th, we received a punch in the chin while we weren't looking. How will my generation respond? I hope with the same patriotism, loyalty, and resolve that my grandfather's did. .
             This is a tragedy. it should have never happened. I'm only 16 but this has affected my life and also the life of my peers. I think its an act of stupidity on their part. The United States is always the first one to help out with everything, and now how many people have offered to help us? I am very proud to be an American, and no matter what they do they can't take that away from me.We will hit hard times I'm sure but we are UNITED and we'll fight,and we will also get through this. It takes courage, and strength but we are One Nation Under God, and that's how we'll.
