a culture due to the shift in views many citizens have towards certain policies. In .
            
addition, experience affects the political culture of a nation. For example, imagine one .
            
living in the city and knowing only a life of  urban existence, and then migrating to a .
            
more rural setting. Not only will the move affect their perception of urban vs. rural life, .
            
but it will also be somewhat of a culture shock. This in turn reflects on the political .
            
outlook and participation of that individual.
