             There exists at this time an opportunity to bring a service to a market in need. The virtually untapped segment that yearns to do more, be more, live more. By providing a single venue where people can fulfill fantasies, dreams, and ambitions, Vertical Reality will bring adventure and fun back to Southwest Florida. Much larger than the other amusement parks in the area, Vertical Reality stands poised to break into a market that has been largely ignored by the entertainment industry. With initial plans of a theme park, later adding in a concert arena, Vertical Reality will offer Southwest Florida the answer to all their entertainment needs. .
             Company Description.
             Vertical Reality is an extreme-sports theme park. It will be owned and operated by R&R Extreme, Inc. R&R Extreme, Inc. is a private corporation that is the entertainment industry. Vertical Reality will be its first foray into the theme park industry.
             The mission of Vertical Reality is to provide an extreme sense of enjoyment for active people by using extreme sport simulators. The activities represented by the rides are currently not in a venue that allows access to all rides. For the most part these rides are single ride venues, in which the consumer would have to pay $25-$45 for a single use. By having all the attractions at one location at a fair price, allows the consumer the best value.
             Top management for Vertical Reality will consist of the following:.
             Director of Operations: Robert Sheridan.
             Director of Services: Mike Nichols.
             Chief Finance Officer: Randy Flagg.
             These individuals will be responsible for the day to day running of the park. The management of R&R Extreme will oversee them: Tom Richards President, and Paul Riggs Chief Executive Officer.
             The site best suited for this venue is an area off Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers, just east of the I-75 highway. This area is undeveloped and therefore cost is minimal for the size of area that will be needed (12-15 acres).
