Korean Life

Then, he figures put that instead, he should take matters into his own hands, and demonstrate great tolerance. He lets the Jews work for him, thus, saving their lives. .
"Our Story," however, demonstrates a different kind of tolerance than that of "Night," and "Schindler's List." In "Our Story," tolerance is demonstrated from the very beginning. It starts out with a man, Greg Siegman, who has a dream. While he was in high school, he got to be friends with a young man named Omari. They were not best friends, but they were friends. Then, one day Mr. Siegman finds out that his friend Omari, has been shot and killed. This, is the turning point in Mr. Siegman's life. People react different ways when faced with tragedy. Some, get really angry and upset and all they want is revenge on the world. They start to not really care about themselves and other people around then. Thankfully, this did not happen to Mr. Siegman. He took his friends death as an opportunity to help change the world. He wanted to change it for the better, he did not seek revenge. He has created a wonderful foundation which is called the 11-10-02 foundation. He has also started what is called the "Brunch Bunch." Brunch bunch is held once every week. It is a time where children and adults go to get to know each other. There are all types of people that go to brunch bunch. They go there, talk, and each person leaves with a little more knowledge than they came in with. Nobody is there to judge and ridicule others. They are simply there to listen and have a good time. Nobody is more important than anyone in brunch bunch. Everyone is equal, no matter what your age, gender or race. Everyone fits in. .
In my opinion, tolerance is based on just one thing. How you perceive people. In "Night," it is obvious that people are based entirely on the fact that the people of Germany blame their problems on the part of the population that was not German.
