             In a team environment, communication is the key to success. The solution is to have effective communication in your group. In order to communicate effectively, the team must have rules or guidelines to pursue to get the group from point A to point B. There are many techniques or tools to help teams become better communicators. The tool I think is effective is brainstorming. .

             The first step in brainstorming is to a pull a word by random from the dictionary. Use the word to start thinking of ideas concerning your subject matter. Follow the rules of openness, think outside the box, and do not criticize your teammates. After the brainstorming session, team members can examine the best solutions and decide on possible solutions. .
