Better performance schools usually receive more funding. Some schools tried to kick out some poor academic students from schools in order to maintain the performance of school. For charter schools, there is a special accountability policy, which all charter schools have to test accountability every five years, and failing schools will be closed. Due to the trend that the minorities tend to enter lower-performing schools, there will be unfair share of resources because of the less funding of lower performance schools.              Chicago Renaissance 2010 has a policy of closing, consolidating, turn round and phasing out sixty to seventy CPS regular schools that are failed in the accountability tests. The schools closure policy causes public concern, which it was criticized as political corruption and create privatize affect on Chicago education, while the Renaissance schools opened at the selective areas where actually no need to establish any educative facilities(Ayers).              The Chicago Renaissance 2010 is criticized as a program of gentrification, which it is trying to push poor away from the city. Since there are many schools are being closed and consolidated, many students have to find other schools, but they cannot trust the quality of the new schools, especially large occupation of charter schools. Therefore, the parents are more likely to send their children out of the city and find school at the rural area. There is a rumor that Chicago renaissance 2010 is do for the trading and gentrifying the Chicago besides better the education (Ayers).
