             The movement of total quality management is a structural approach that seeks the refinements in the quality of products, as well as improvements in customer satisfaction. This movement emphasizes the theory that products must make continuous improvements in their quality, ensuring that the company has the ability to achieve long-term relationships with satisfied customers. This philosophy centers around teamwork because it is incredibly important that each individual is not only properly trained, they must also have a mutual respect for each other and possess the ability to work together in order to resolve problems. Companies that utilize the total quality management philosophy have to measure adjustments based on feedback from their customers. Suggestions made by the customers who use their products are important to ensure their satisfaction. They will dictate the most important aspects of a company's products, so listening to their varying opinions will undoubtedly help customer relations in the long-term.
