Then when he was in 4th grade he had a teacher that helped him have a interest towards school. This teacher helped him so much that after that school year he skipped a grade and went right to middle school. In middle school Steve's main past time was getting bullied. One day he came home feed up with being bullied and told his parents he wasn't ever going back to school. The parents decided to transfer their son to a different middle school in Los Altos. .
             At ten his interest in electronic things sparked, when his parents told him not to stick bobby pins in the light sockets (Lam)1. The family moved to the Silicon Valley where, at thirteen, Bill Hewlett got him a summer job with Hewlett Packard, which helped further spark his interest in technology. Also while attending Homestead High School he had a few friends in his grade, but he mostly became friends with Seniors. He claimed that they were "the smart kids " (Isaacson 30). He took an electronics class, his teacher being Mr. McCollum. During those years Steve made friends with a neighborhood kid by the name of Bill Fernandez. His buddy Bill introduced him to another computer geek he knew. Stephan Wozniak, Bill, and Steve created a computer board called The Cream Soda Computer. Wozniak and Steve during there high school years did a lot of little pranks including putting a huge middle finger on top of one of the schools buildings. .
             These friendship of school pranks and building computer boards in the basement developed into something more. In 1972 Jobs and friend Steve Wozniak illegally built and sold "blue boxes " that allowed people to make phone calls for free. At the time Wozniak was a student at UC Berkeley the two would use that as a advantage to go door to door at the school dorms to sell there product. The illegal business didn't last very long cause one day they nearly got caught by the police. They decided after that time to hang up the ''Blue Boxes.
