These "E-Cig" companies provide marketed "healthier methods" of quitting smoking by removing the tobacco-combustion, harmful chemicals and tar production by selling alternative to smoking; the electronic cigarette. This stakeholder will highly support the market for electronic cigarettes since a majority of addicts desires to quit smoking as a whole. These same customers will remain the first priority of the Electronic Cigarette companies, as their main focus is to help the addicts. .
             Canadian Revenue Agency (First Watchdog).
             The Canadian Revenue Agency is a department in the government that imposes taxes on sales all across Canada. This department in the government is subjected to enforce tax regulations on all purchases made within Canada. According to the governments' Food and Drugs Act, the Revenue Agency is obligated to become strict when it comes to cigarette distribution. It imposes taxes on any distribution of tobacco and nicotine, and since electronic cigarettes contain liquid nicotine, the revenue agency pays close attention to the sales of this product.
