High School and College Comparison

Sayda's first day of class at Moraine Valley Community College was extremely adventurous. Blasting the music, Sayda enjoyed the car ride. Normally, finding a parking spot is hectic, but she was lucky. After parking the car, Sayda had a mission and that was finding her RDG 090 classroom. She found the class right away; therefore, she was on time. She sat in an empty seat thinking that it's going to be just like her first day at John Hancock High-School. For example, mean classmates, rude teachers, uncomfortable environment, but she was wrong. The other students were interacting with her and the teacher was nice and she was comfortable in the class. Moraine Valley Community College is an extremely better educational environment than John Hancock High-School. Schedules, teachers, and the variety of courses are all example of why Moraine Valley College is better than John Hancock High-School.
The first difference is the schedule. John Hancock High-School is stricter on schedules than Moraine Valley College. For example, John Hancock High-School has classes every day from 7:50 a.m. to 3 p.m. if a student misses any class, the student receives a detention and the mother receives a phone call from the dean's office. Another difference is the teachers. Teachers in John Hancock High-School are mean and rude. They are only interested to get you to pass their class so they won't look bad in the Board of Education's eyes. Teachers do not care if the students do not understand the lesson. Also John Hancock High-School teachers only have one method when it comes to teaching. That is "no questions so I can finish the entire lesson." Finally the variety of courses is also a difference. Students in John Hancock High-School do not choose their own schedules. Counselors' choose schedules for the students. It doesn't matter if a student didn't like some of his/her classes. They have to care with their unwanted classes.
