The Last Romeo

I was sure that a rain's about to come. I had no choice but to settle inside my room. I was watching the hands of the clock move as time passed by. Raindrops were loudly pouring outside. The day was awfully boring. I suddenly felt the urge to write a story. There's a music video I've watched that had a great plot. It was a story of a man who was willing to fight against the world over one love. The video really caught my attention. The graphics were fit for the plot. The choreography was awesome too. I grabbed a pen and started to write. I let the writer in me express itself. Many thoughts came up in my mind. I tried to concentrate on my work. After a few minutes, my hand began to move. It was writing. It seemed like it has its own mind. I smiled. I was excited to come up with a unique story. I've never felt so good before. This was a first. I continued to write.
I could clearly hear my footsteps inside this room. The old clock I left here was still ticking soundly. The room was cleanly maintained and preserved. Years have passed but its look remains the same. It makes me feel nostalgic. Those wonderful memories I kept in this room was still vivid in my mind. I hurriedly ran towards the library. I almost forgot that I made an appointment with her to discuss things concerning our report. As I went around the bookshelves, someone caught my attention. She was wearing a white dress. I could obviously see her pale angelic face and gray eyes that made me captivated. Her short hands were reaching something above the pile of books. The one she aimed for was located too high that she tiptoed to have it.
"Need a helping hand?" I asked her. She looked at me with shock visible in her eyes. Maybe she didn't expect that I would see her on this kind of scene. "Yes, please. I was waiting for you. I thought you wouldn't come," she replied. "Actually, I almost forgot about it. Good thing I hadn't." I gave her the book she was reaching for.
