Mexican Economy and Infrastructure

             Infrastructure in schools has already been proven to be pivotal to a better education. Students that have infrastructure such as parks, computer labs, libraries in their schools are more eager to attend school than those kids who don't have that privilege. Providing this infrastructure to that group of students would give them a reason to attend school. Not only would improved infrastructure encourage kids to attend school but it would also open a door to many resources. Resources that infrastructure like computer labs and libraries can provide. Overall, infrastructure implementation will lead to an increased well-being of students and higher test scores. The only question is, which piece of infrastructure is best to implement: computer labs, libraries, or scientific labs? .
             Methodology .
             The three different pieces of infrastructure that we decided to examine were: computer labs, libraries, and scientific labs. We came to this decision because we believe these three basic structures are essential to the operation of any school. In order to find the optimal infrastructure to implement in the State of Mexico, the department of education and I followed a four-part research plan:.
             Phase 1 - Determine evaluation criteria.
             Phase 2 - Examine related research reports.
             Phase 3 - Conduct survey.
             Phase 4 - Analyze information acquired.
             Phase 1 - Determine Evaluation Criteria.
             After long hours of discussion between the department of the treasury and the department of education, we decided that the piece of infrastructure that will be implemented in all of the State of Mexico needs to meet the following criteria:.
             Cost-Effectiveness.
             If the government is going to fund this project, the cost of implementation should correlate with higher test scores. It would be of no use if the government pours millions of dollars into this project and no results come into fruition. .
             Minimal Disruption.
             The department of education wants the infrastructure that will be implemented to create minimal disruption.
