By the end he is saying her fears of premarital sex (sin) are false. If she lost no honor in killing the flea then why is it that she cannot engage in sexual activity with him ("when thou yield'st to me"). He tries to say provoke her by saying that if she could do something so sinful as to kill, then why is it then she cannot sleep with him. Here he playfully suggests sex through an image and tries to persuade her from her decision by bringing spirituality and sin into the picture. .
Donne's religious background is evident in a lot of his poems, but he turns away from that in "The Ecstasy." He refers more to "love" and the feelings about it. He is more open about his main want: sex. In the first line when he says, "Pregnant banke swel"d up," you begin to see exactly what his on his mind. He views the hill their sitting upon as swelled, like a pregnant woman. He then goes onto describe what they are feeling while sitting on this hill. "Our hands were firmly cimented, with a fast balme," means that their hands were held together. While their hands were together they sat there looking into each others eyes as their "eye-beams twisted." This was not just any old look though. This is a deep stare into each others eyes. While looking into her eyes he sees the "pictures in our eyes to get was all our propagation." The word picture has a double meaning. The first is that he sees his image or reflection in her eyes, and that he sees their future (children or their life together). Since there was no "propagation" they did not have sex and there are no children yet. They just have a relationship, but the future is seen through each others eyes. .
He then has a reference to sex, but it is contradictory.
