Students can lounge in the "chill-lax" zone located in the convenience section. Quick Eats is succeeding the Liu mission statement by creating a sustainable, enjoyable community. .
             Are there any "Global Business" issues for you to consider? How will they be dealt with?.
             Quick Eats will accommodate all types of cultures and backgrounds. We will have theme set nights for internationals. As well as having a diverse and multi language menu. One issue for LIU Post is the student demographics. There are a good percentage of students that are international and we will make sure we serve everyone equally and fairly.
             The market for your business. What customers will you target?.
             The market for Quick Eats is targeting any person that is on campus or walking through Hillwood Commons. Since Liu has a very diverse population we can implement every other week on Saturday having around the world dinner services. The idea behind this is to bring in new customers that want a different taste in cuisine. Liu Post student body consists of 5% Asian, 15% Hispanic, 55% White, 10% African-American, and 15% other. The students can request certain theme nights for dishes they desire. By doing this we can target most of the population on campus. .
             Who is your major competitor?.
             Quick Eats doesn't have direct competitors since we have a unique and special type of business. But some business on campus that will steal some of our business will be Subway and Hillwood Food Station. Subway is in the heart of Hillwood and has a brand that people are aware of. They could steal some of our business but Quick Eats offers better quality food and better service. .
             What is your competitive advantage?.
             There are many advantages for a Good Eats. Advantages specifically for Quick Eats is that most of students consumers are generally meat lovers which is the specialty of Quick Eats so keeping the consumer happy with their specialty won't be a big problem for Quick Eats.
