Inequality in Brave New World

The thought that everyone is born equal and all have the same chances in life is fundamentally flawed. Every person has a unique set of strengths, which can aid them in certain areas of life. Conversely, each person also has their own unique set of challenges that restrain them. There are certain inevitable qualities that set people apart such as inherent talents, intelligence, and some people are just born with more opportunities. "Men are equal; it is not birth but virtue that makes the difference." is just as untrue as the famous line in our beloved Declaration of Independence "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal" Not every man and women are created equal.
Inherent talents can range from artistic to athletic. Some people have a vertical of 24 inches and others might be able to draw the Mona Lisa in five minutes and others who can sing like an angel. Also, there are some people who do not have a specifically athletic or artistic talent, like those who can eat a whole pie in less than 30 seconds. A person cannot control what talents they are born with, they can only recognize what they are born with and work with it. .
Intelligence is yet another thing that sets humans apart. Some people have to work harder in school, dedicate an extra hour to studying, or take longer to solve a problem. Intelligence also does not always "run in the family", occasionally one sibling might be a lot smarter than the other. Intelligence is not something everyone is born with, and although it is the willingness to learn and dedication that defines a man, normally the smarter one is remembered. .
The opportunities a child is born into are not always fair. If a child is born disabled or grows up in a poor, abusive, or criminal home, they do not have the same opportunities as a child born healthy, to a high-income, loving family that lives in a nice neighborhood.
