             Inequality and discrimination against the poor families can be considered as some of the contributing factors to many national government inabilities to provide adequate health care for children particularly in developing nations (Booysen, 2003). Anywhere around the globe, the national governments played major roles in the lives of the people by establishing living standards that can be acceptable or not by them. It can be generally agreed that the important institution of a state is the government. I strongly believe that from the date of birth government institutions have been regulating and controlling parts of our lives. The unanswered question is whether these government institutions are providing adequate health care for many children around the globe who are suffering from deformities as a result of cleft lip and cleft palate.
