There are several methods of abortion followed by possible physical and psychological side effects. Dilation and evacuation uses a sharp metal jaw to grape and tear apart and crushes a skull to remove, and mifepristone-abortion pill stops giving nutrition and attacks with a toxic chemical to break down cells. .
             Many doctors say an abortion is safe; however, it is not one hundred percent guarantee. Physical risks after an abortion include abnormal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and bleeding; serial consequences during abortion process include an infection, damage to the cervix, perforation of the uterus, persistent bleeding, and death (Adler). Research form REAL Health Care Respects LIFE found that about 10 percent of women had these physical health issues, and one-fifth were life-threatening cases. Long term health issues from abortion may increase miscarriage, severe bleeding by placenta previa, and preterm birth for next pregnancy. Psychological risks include depression, insomnia, eating disorders, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts (Adler).
