Unfortunately, the popularity of cigarettes and the dependence on smoking tobacco lead to detrimental effects such as the negative health impacts on all human beings, bad hygiene, and increased environmental problems.
There are many reasons behind the phenomenon of smoking. A primary cause is physical which concerns the human body's needs. In cigarettes, there is an addictive substance known as nicotine. It is the chemical of this substance that causes addiction. Nicotine reduces tension in the muscles that allow smokers to feel relaxed and relieves their stresses. Thus, it brings a feeling of tranquility and allows smokers to deal with stress and anxiety.
