Hebrew Society

On a recent archaeological dig I stumbled upon a large book containing thirty-nine other books within it. The book begins with a story about how an almighty God created the earth in a period of seven days. It describes how He created all of the living creatures within it and how he is all powerful and beyond our comprehension. As the stories continue throughout the book it discuses a civilization of a people chosen by the all powerful Lord of man. The people that were chosen were the Hebrew tribe, and the sign that displayed whether they were Hebrew or not was that they would circumcise the male in each family and this would be the way that they could differentiate between races. The main aspect of all the people within the tribe is they"re religion. Religion is the Jewish faith and they believe in the "God of Abraham" and as long as they follow the Ten Commandments set by Him, He will continue to bless them and guide them safely to wherever they go. As previously mentioned the main aspect of the culture is the religion and this is where they"re values, culture and laws all originate from. The entire system of government is solely set by the religion of the people. The culture and values that are expressed throughout the book seem to be pure and of a good nature. The God that is spoken of is characterized as almost a father-like figure but also having a great wrath and being very impatient with His people for the mistakes in which the make.
Throughout the many books that were discovered the "chosen people", being the Hebrew, are to follow the rules set by they"re God. The rules enforced are Ten Commandments which they are to live they"re lives by. The difference between the culture of the Hebrew's and other races was that they"re God carried them out of times in which they were in trouble and would enable them to conquer over rival civilizations. However they"re God is not always Characterized as being a friendly forgiving character, as seen in one of the books the people of the world were not abiding by the rules set forth by Him and He chose to flood the earth and kill everyone in it except for one man named Noah, and his family.
