Astonishing face

Lying in her brown and gold casket, I can see her sparkling, shimmering, bright, blue eyes, the eyes that were filled with gold. Her soft, silky hair, the color of white snow, was put up in a bun, all perfectly arranged. The face that was as smooth and soft as a baby's bottom was as round as an oversized red tomato. Her face covered in a darker tan foundation made her look years younger. The rosy cheeks she once had were now covered with a dark pink blush; it did not show here true image. Her ears, which were rather large, had clip-on gold cross earrings. The bright purple eye shadow, which symbolized her favorite color, was caked onto her eyes. Her long, curled eyelashes were covered with dark black mascara. Her nose was rather large and very pointed, due to the heavy Polish she had in her body. Her lips, the ones she used to kiss her family and friends with, were now covered with bright, pink lipstick. What more could I say, she looked so beautiful but it was just not truly her. I can still remember the times we always had together every summer when I was a young child. Going for barefoot walks on the hot gravel and then swimming in the freezing cold pool, eating kielbasa with rolls, and watching all those sad lifetime movies. As I walked up to the casket to say my last prayers, I could hear in my mind her low-pitched, but loud voice saying, "Jennifer, don't you cry. I am still here with you, just in your heart". I look deeply into her wrinkled face and can see the small, brown birthmark that she has near her ear. I look even deeper and can see her smiling. .
