Peter rose

The overseers of Major League Baseball in the U. both past and present, have deceptively attempted to plead Peter Rose into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Long ago the League decided that gambling is the most immoral indiscretion of baseballs deadly sins. That is why Pete Rose, whose voracious appetite for placing bets, particularly wagering on his own team when he was the manager of the baseball team Cincinnati Reds in the late 1980's. Rose has repeatedly denied betting on baseball, sine he took a lifetime banishment from the game in 1989. To do that to one of the best players to ever play the game is absolutely absurd in my mind. His gambling habits did not help him swing the bat any better or throw the ball harder or catch the ball easier, he displayed all of that talent on his own and should be in the Baseball Hall Of Fame.
Rose spent his childhood years playing baseball with friends at the sandlot, he later played for his local little league team. Pete was encouraged as a young boy to participate in sports. His father, who played semiprofessional football, pushed young Pete to always give 110% in everything he did. That is why his father was the biggest influence on Pete and his sports career. Pete beacame a rising star in his highschool town becoming one of the best ball player in the nation. Rightfully so, soon after his higfh school graduation pete was signed to minor league deal with the reds in the nationl league. He recieved the nickname charlie hustle as his hustling in baseball ave him a good reputation.
