African American

This has been my dream for years. Then, I decided to escape from the farm by next full moon. When the night comes moonlight led me where I want to go. I ran and ran without hesitation: I faded in the dark. Silence was kept till he left the farm. Nobody knew his escape.
I ran all nightlong and finally arrived an Indian village. There was a guardian by the gate and he asked me why am I here. I explained everything and I told guardian that I want to talk to a tribal chief. Then, he took me to the chief's house. I arrived chief's house. A chief was already standing in front of the house and looking at me. When I was about telling my story the chief said first in a moment. "You don't need to explain anything" "I knew you would come here," The chief told me to come inside of the house. I followed after him. The chief offered me foods and a place to sleep. A couple days later, since I had no place to go or to live I decided to join this Indian tribe. The chief accepted me easily and other village people welcomed too. This was so strange, but when I was a child I dreamed that one day I became a black Indian. This really happened to me and I lived happily with them for long time.

There was no successful slave revolts, because the society was based on Euro-Americans. Sometimes slaves were under strict surveillance where slaves could not easily gather and talk about resistance. Slaves lived far each other to see. This is important to contact each other and worked out a plan of operations.
Slaves fought with passion for their freedom, so that they did not care much about having a strong desire to change the society or defeating all enemies. What they most care was to get their freedom " die or freedom". Slaves knew earlier freedom fighters such as Baukman Dutty, who started the Haitian Revolution. They learned from those people such as Toussaint L'Overture, a military genius who helped to win the Haitian Revolution.
