             Time Management.
People who use time management techniques routinely are the highest achievers in all walks of life, from business to sports to public service. If you use these skills well, then you will be able to function effectively, even under intense pressure time management skills helps you to get the most out of the limited time you have (Internet - Time Management, 2003). We are going to compare and contrast Learning Team C's different approach to time management. We will discuss peak and valley performance times, assertiveness, setting realistic time limits and prioritizing responsibilities and tasks. Team C will then develop a plan based on this in information to complete our final learning team project.
             Peak and Valley Performance Times.
Peak learning is defined as "someone who has learned how to learn" (Gross, 1999, p. 1). This not only entails discerning important ideas from irrelevant material, but also knowing when one's mentality is most conducive to learning. One would think that as adults we would know this but that is far from the truth. People must realize the concept of learning revolves around our lifestyles, our responsibilities, and our biological "highs" and "lows". Performing in teams makes this difficult to manage because we all have individual peak learning times and have to coordinate our efforts to perform our best and adhere to deadlines as a group.
You obtain three benefits to knowing your own peak and valley times for learning and adjusting your learning efforts accordingly.
             1. You will enjoy your learning more when you feel in the mood for it.
             2. You will learn faster and more naturally, because you will not be fighting resistance, fatigue, and discomfort.
