Attack on America

In order to make their sadistic point be heard, on Tuesday September 11th, terrorists made an impact to the modern day world. America has been hit where it hurts, the heart, where many people relay their sympathies to the mourning families. The unspeakable attack that has caused mass murder will forever be seared into the minds of loyal citizens. The 22, 000 tonnes of debris that littered the New York streets is a painful reminder that NY itself in not indestructible. In this unprecedented attack into America's superpower, suicide pilots crashed their hijacked planes into the world trade towers, shortly after another plane flew like a bullet into the side of the pentagon, and to finish the tragedy, the proud symbol of America's power fell as the wtc towers imploded onto themselves.
The hijacked planes became the bombs themselves for they were filled with lots of fuel, as they were all prepared to make a transcontinental flight. Shortly before 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning one plowed into the north tower of the wtc buildings sending smoke and ash and concern everywhere. Within minutes of the initial crash a second plane collided with the south tower send a ball of fire that passed through the tower. Now both buildings were smoking and were the main attraction for a horrendous image against the New York skyline. As horrified New Yorkers watched their technology go up in smoke and flames, the sad and painful reality sets in that this is the 2nd Pearl Harbour. .
In all its military might, the pentagon is not as impregnable as it is made out to be. Another plane was able to strike the pentagon and leave a 200 foot wide crash site for the world to see. The plane was used as a missile and brought the country's defense up to delta, the highest alert that it can be. Freedom was attacked and shall be defended; this is the message that is delivered, because of the brutal betrayal of free will. All of America is frozen in fear as it waits for the reassurance from President George W.
