Hamlet pays Ophelia a visit after hearing the news of his fathers death. Very angry, he grabs Ophelia by the arm and gives her a long hard stare. Polonius assumes that he is mad with love for his daughter of which he then disapproves? Polonius asks Ophelia, Mad for thy love?
